Connecticut voters elect four Federal representatives. They include the President who serves a 4-year term, two Senators elected for 6-year terms staggered over even years. Our State is allocated 5 seats in Congress serving 2 year terms, of which 1 covers Greenwich.

State
The State of CT is led by the Governor (effectively the chief executive) who serves 4-year terms in even years. The CT State Senators serve 2-year terms in even years. CT has 36 Senate Districts of which District 36 covers Greenwich. In the CT House Assembly there are 151 members who serve 2-year terms in even years. Three of these 151 members cover the Town of Greenwich - District 149 (covers Northwest Greenwich and part of Stamford), District 150 (covers Greenwich shoreline) and District 151 (covers mid-Greenwich).
