Urbanization in Greenwich continues under State affordable mandate

An updated proposal to build a 120-unit 6-story high building on Benedict Place behind St Mary's Church on Greenwich Avenue will replace many small historic houses. This project started at 70-units and has been upsized to 120 units in its recent filing. It is being submitted under the CT 8-30g law bypassing local zoning regs.
