Two NY men arrested for return fraud on Greenwich Avenue

Jordan Oneill Young, 26, of Crotona Park, the Bronx and Jaabir Harvey, 29, of Seymour Avenue, the Bronx were arrested on Wednesday for "return fraud" i.e. returning about $2,000 of merchandise that was stolen elsewhere.

In their vehicle they had three "booster bags" lined with foil to thwart anti-theft systems. Young had a previous criminal record in Florida.

Between the lines: No wonder it's hard to find store clerks these days.
