President Joe Biden traveled to Greenwich on Monday evening to a high end fundraiser hosted at the mansion of former HBO CEO Richard Plepler. According to this News12 CT story, Biden did not come for a campaign rally to convince voters, but to convince big money donors, who are increasingly worried about Biden's chances, to open their wallets.
Biden flew into Westchester airport and while driving down King Street to the Plepler mansion, both sides of the road were lined with nearly three dozen Trump supporters according to the Connecticut Centinal, including U.S. Congressional candidate Bob MacGuffie who is hoping to win a Republican primary in August so he can square off against Democrat Jim Himes.
