On Monday night around 10:30 pm, three men were arrested after police responded to a reported altercation between numerous male parties on Sound Beach Ave by Perrot Library.
The three arrested included Angelo Ciampo, 50, of New Rochelle, NY; Pietro Visci, 33, of Stamford and Alexander Rivera, 30, of Greenwich. The police reported that they engaged in a physical altercation with each other, in fighting and in tumultuous behavior.
Ciampo and Visco have date in Stamford Superior Court on June 24, 2024. Mr. Rivera has a date in court on June 27, 2024.
