NY thief takes $6,670 of handbags from Saks

On Friday afternoon, February 21, Melvin Reginald Hines, 55 years old from Manhattan, was arrested by Greenwich police. He was caught stealing $6,670 worth of handbags from Saks Fifth Avenue in the Greenwich business district.
He was also charged with organized retail theft and use of drug paraphernalia.
