NY porch pirates arrested for Cos Cob theft

Police arrested two thieves from New York for stealing a package from the doorstep of a Maplewood Drive (off Loughlin Avenue) home in Cos Cob in the morning of November 19th. The thieves were Juan Emilio Candelario-Vicente, 25, of Yonkers and driver Jose Ortiz-Espinal, 30, of the Bronx.

Greenwich police recovered the package.
