The Greenwich Free Press did a great job providing admiring coverage of the "No Kings" protest at the Havemeyer Board of Ed Building in downtown Greenwich on Saturday. CT Governor Ned Lamont (D) was the headline speaker along with our U.S. Congressman Jim Himes (D) and our local Democrat Reps.

These protests are funded by the progressive Soros-backed Indivisibles. They were well organized and this time, peaceful, thank goodness.

The Greenwich Free Press Facebook page here had hundreds of comments, many not so admiring of the rally. Here are some of the most popular:

"No clear cutting 180 trees in your backyard without permission from Wetlands. That's what Kings do, Ned."

"Thanks king Ned for protecting illegals how about working for the citizens of this state maybe try to reduce crime or cut spending to lower our taxes maybe lower electric rates."

"One party controls the Connecticut State Executive Branch, both houses of the General Assembly, both US Senate seats and all five US Congressional seats, and they have been in office longer than "Orange Man Bad". No kings indeed...

Re-posted from Donald Trump: "A HUGE THANK YOU to all the "No Kings" protestors yesterday! I was very concerned a king was trying to take my place, but thanks to your tireless efforts, I am STILL YOUR PRESIDENT! Great job all!!"

Between the Lines: Just providing some balance to the "news" coverage here.
