Many out of power in Greenwich

The very high winds have caused trees to fall on power lines resulting in 1,487 Greenwich residents to lose power today. That's 5.2% of Eversource customers.

Power is out at Town Hall too.

Wonder if this is a good time for Eversource to be putting forth a 19% rate increase?
