Making Greenwich safe again

Greenwich Police just issued their monthly police report for June 2025 and the data is improving. There were fewer stolen vehicles and car break-ins compared to the first quarter of 2025.
The police reported 3 vehicle thefts in June compared to 10-12 per month in the first quarter of 2025. The vehicle thefts occurred on Old Mill Road in Mid-Country Greenwich, Arcadia Road in Old Greenwich and Halsey/MacArthur Drive in the Mianus District. Only 1 car break-in was reported compared to 4-7 per month in the first quarter of 2025. A burglary was reported on Rockland Place in Old Greenwich.
