If you are sitting in traffic on I-95 blame Himes

Michael Goldstein, an ophthalmologist from Greenwich, is in a David vs Goliath battle against 4-term Democat Congressman Jim Himes also from Greenwich.

Himes says here, he is proud of his support for President Biden's agenda, especially his work on the Inflation Reduction Act and for former President Obama's Affordable Care Act. Himes claims that his opponent, Goldstein, as a physician, should not have been skeptical of the COVID-19 vaccine.

In answer to how he would address the alarming number of deaths on CT roadways asked here by the Patch, Himes points to the need for infrastructure spending and better public transit alternatives.

Goldstein says here he supports former President Donald Trump, particularly his energy and border policies. He is critical of Himes for not doing the job of bringing Federal funding home to support the economic engine of CT. He says there have been no improvements for I-95 in 16 years.

Between the lines: Goldstein says, if you are sitting in traffic on I-95, blame Jim Himes.
