I-95 take over by motorcycle convoy

A convoy of more than 100 Harley-style motorcycles blocked I-95 from New Haven into Fairfield County around 11 am on Saturday. Starting at New Haven, motorcycles began riding erratically, then doing stunts on the entirety of the southbound lanes. A white GMC Danali pick up truck led the pack with a person in the truck bed filming the stunts.

While trying to pull the truck over, CT state police said the motorcycles surrounded the trooper's cruiser causing the chase to end due to safety concerns. The convoy continued toward the state line, where NY police were able to stop the truck.

Driver of the truck, 26 year old Shaun Puglia from West Haven, and passenger, 24 year old Ryley Lewis of North Haven, have been charged.

Between the lines: Only two arrested? And by New York police?
