Greenwich Town Party proceeds rain or shine

On Saturday May 24 from 10am to 10pm at Roger Sherman Park, the 2025 Greenwich Town Party happens rain or shine. This is its 14th year.

Starting at 11:30am will be a parade of Veterans and Color Guard, the West Point Band and Melody Men.

The headline artists are Ziggy Marley (the eldest son of Bob Marley) at 6pm and Alanis Morissette ("You Oughta Know") at 8:30pm.

Local Bands include: Connor Sobieri Group, Kaintuck, Marci Lynn and the Boys!, NorthCounty Band, and Jake Swamp and The Pine.

For the kid's, there is entertainment by Blippi (2pm) on the main stage. The Preservation Hall Jazz Band follows that act.

Pack a picnic and bring your own chairs.

Early tickets available for a price of $100 were sold out in a lottery held in March. Still available is a special category of Neighbor Pass ticket priced at $536 covering general admission and private access to a designated waterfront area, where food, beer and wine is served.

Between the Lines: Dress warmly. Temperatures are expected to range from a low of 48 degrees to a high of 60 degrees on Saturday.
