Sean Johnson, 34, of the Bronx, driving a Mercedes with 3 accomplices, attempted to use fake documents to purchase 2 phones at a phone store in Central Greenwich and to cash a fraudulent check at a nearby bank.  When police were called, they confiscated counterfeit New Hampshire driver’s licenses, several fraudulent checks, a large knife, crack cocaine and suboxone pills.  The incident happened in February and he turned himself in on June 27.  A similar attempt was made at a bank in Westport.
