On Sunday afternoon, June 29, a black male wearing green shorts was caught using fraudulent $100 bills to pay for items at Greenwich Pharmacy on Greenwich Avenue. His accomplice had a bag from nearby store Lily Pulitzer. Kevin Miller, 25, of Youngstown, Ohio was arrested and charged with forgery and larceny. His accomplice Justin Scott, 27, of Bronx, NY, was charged with the same but also with possession of a controlled substance.
Between the Lines: Did the criminal think that he would fit in by wearing green shorts and using C-Notes to pay for items at the shops on Greenwich Avenue?
