Four from Brooklyn arrested on Greenwich Avenue for debit card fraud

On December 27, Greenwich police arrested four suspects from Brooklyn for fraud at a bank in central Greenwich. They were Yuying Qiu, 47; Mengqin Shao 44; Huiguang Gu, 44; and Feng Qing, 43.
The foursome conspired to obtain a debit card using a counterfeit New Jersey license with a fake photo and stolen personal identity information.
A search of the thieves' vehicle found a counterfeit California licenses, 7 counterfeit NY licenses, 2 US Social Security cards and 9 debit/credit cards.
Between the lines: These four thieves were Chinese women.
