Former school bus depot in Old Greenwich re-zoned to Tesla parking lot

A large surface parking lot along Laddins Rock Road at 1810 East Putnam Avenue was re-zoned to a Tesla parking lot replacing school bus parking. The zoning approval required eliminating through traffic, increasing the number of tree plantings and prohibiting vehicles from being maintained there.
