Former Dave's Cycles in Cos Cob becomes BAX Cycles

The former Dave’s Cycle location at 78 Valley Road in Cos Cob has been revamped and improved, and was reopened as Bax Cycles. Jon Baxendale, a local resident with long ties to Greenwich, owns and operates the shop with a new energy and vision, catering to all levels of cyclists.

Baxendale left a 30-year career maritime career behind to re-open the shop, but the Baxendale name is a familiar one to Greenwich residents, as Terry Baxendale, his father, owned Ronnie’s and D.W. Rogers on Greenwich Avenue for 30 years.

At last, we have a nearby shop to purchase and service our cruisers.
