Due to forecasted rain, Greenwich fireworks rescheduled for Sunday July 7

Due to forecasted rain, Greenwich will hold its Independence Day fireworks celebration on Sunday evening of July 7 (instead of Saturday July 6). At Binney Park at 8 pm, the Sound Beach Community Band will play, follwed by fireworks starting around 9:10 pm. At Greenwich Point, a DJ will play with a fireworks display starting around 9:35 pm.
