A new type of noise reducing surface will be applied on I-95 from the NY boarder to Exit 7 in Stamford as part of a $200 million project by the CT Department of Transportation. The project will also involve safety, lighting, bike access and Route 1 and will run over the next several years. Commissioner of the CT DOT Garrett Eucalitto provided this update at the League of Women Voters and Riverside Association.
