Conflict? First Selectman Camillo agrees to serve as paid Board member of S.E. Minor

Selectman Fred Camillo has agreed to join the advisory board of S.E. Minor for $10,000 per year. S.E. Minor is a provider of land surveying and engineering work with a near monopoly in Greenwich and regularly works on multiple Town projects. Camillo said the work requires a minimal time commitment and he will not advocate for S.E. minor in any Town business. The Greenwich Board of Ethics reviewed the matter and did not find this a violation of Town Ethics policies.

Nevertheless, this is not a good look for our First Selectman.
