Cavernous affordable project straddling bottom of Mason Street


Located at the bottom of Mason Street on the site of the former Honda dealership, an 8-30g project with 92 units of which 29% will be affordable, was discussed at Planning & Zoning. This project consists of two high rise buildings on each side of Mason Street - a five story building on the west side of the street and a six story structure on the east side.


Issues raised include the height of the buildings exceeding anything nearby and the lack of set backs from the street creating a cavernous effect.
