Another of many truck crash fires – Norwalk, New London, Bridgeport – why?

The driving skills of the truckers are fine, but the State is not doing enough to keep unsafe trucks off the highway.  Trucks considered unsafe are overweight, have defective equipment (e.g. brakes), and have fuel tax or registration violations.
