Are Greenwich residents too content to notice encroaching urbanization?

The 2023 Greenwich Survey concludes "Residents continue to see the Town of Greenwich as a great place to live with excellent amenities one might find in a city while still being a community with a small-town feel." Is no one worried about expansion of multifamily units, rise in thefts or out of control above-ground poles and wires?
