Phil is a lifelong Greenwich resident and six-term RTM member . Phil retired as a Greenwich Police Lieutenant and EMT after 27 years of service and has served on the Alarm Appeals Board since 2018. A volunteer at St. Agnes Church, he received the St. Augustine Medal of Service. Philip holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Criminal Justice from the University of New Haven.
