Joe is a former member of the BET (2009-2013). He chaired the Budget Committee (2011-2013). He has over 20 years of public service: RTM, BET, OPEB Trust, Retirement Board and Greenwich Library Board. He chaired the Retirement Board for 4 years (2017-2021). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). He established P-Squared Capital Management in 2003 and manages client portfolios. Prior experience included 18 years as an investment banker. He is a third generation Greenwich resident with deep roots in the community. His educational background includes an MBA from Columbia University.
